Mark Zook has been with Maps Credit Union since 1992 and is currently its president and CEO. In addition, Zook serves as CEO of Maps Service Agency and sits on the board of managers of both the Willamette Business Group and Ongoing Operations, two of Maps Credit Union's partially owned subsidiary companies.
An active participant in the credit union movement, Zook has served on the board of directors of the Credit Union Association of Oregon (CUAO). He has been particularly active in the legislative arena, serving on the CUAO Candidate Taskforce, Bill Review Taskforce, State Legislative Review Subcommittee and Government Affairs Committee.
Zook has a diverse educational background, with an MBA from Southern Oregon University, a master's in educational leadership from the University of Oregon, and a bachelor's in business administration from Western Oregon University. He also completed the BAI/Emory University Graduate School of Executive Bank Management in Atlanta, Georgia.
Previously, Zook was an instructor of political science at the Mount Angel Seminary and an instructor for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce's Education Leadership Institute through Portland State University. Over the years, he has been an active volunteer in the Salem community, completing the Leadership Salem program and working in a variety of capacities with organizations like the Salem/Keizer School District, the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, Western Oregon University, the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation, the Willamette Education Service District, and other civic organizations.

Kevin Cole serves as chief financial officer for Maps Credit Union. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction and executive leadership for private client banking services, electronic delivery, accounting, and finance departments. He also serves as client relations manager for Maps Advisory Services, a Maps subsidiary that is an investment advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to joining Maps, Cole served as president/CEO of Oregon Employees Federal Credit Union in Salem, Oregon, and as CEO of Eagle Credit Union in Stockton, California.
Cole has served on the board of directors of the Credit Union Association of Oregon (CUAO) and as a trustee for the CUAO political action committee. He also serves on the board of trustees of Abiqua School, an independent private school in Salem.
Cole holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine.

CJ Daiker joined Maps in 2003 in the network administrator role and has been responsible for several projects pertaining to network security, network redundancy, information storage, information delivery, and cost control. He came to us from Consolidated Freightways, a LTL freight carrier. There he supported the network and end users at the corporate headquarters and throughout the company's distribution network across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. He was an integral part of implementing a network to support the transition from "green screen" terminal emulation to a thin client Microsoft Windows Based Environment.
Daiker has also led the implementation of several network infrastructure improvements. In late 2004, he completed network upgrades, configuration changes and multiple capacity and stability tests to prepare the credit union for a VoIP telephone system. In 2006, he successfully implemented and moved into production a high-capacity storage network initially capable of 5.0 Terabytes of online storage. More recently, he researched and implemented a secure messaging system that will help protect confidential communication with our members, vendors and employees. Currently, he is engaged in a project that will move segments of the credit union's infrastructure onto a virtualization platform.
An Oregon native, Daiker graduated from Oregon City High School before attending Western Oregon University. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. He has been a member of the Information Systems Security Association since 2007.

David Deckelmann joined Maps Service Agency in 1998 as the Manager of Advanced Reporting. He was hired to run Advanced as it transitioned into a full reporting company, expanding its product lines into employment and tenant screening. Deckelmann's experience in sales and marketing while at Oregon Research & Development provided an excellent background for Advanced Reporting as it implemented its expanded business plan.
In 2000, Deckelmann was asked to assume the general management of Maps Wireless Services in addition to his work with Advanced Reporting. In 2002, he shifted Maps Wireless Services from an AT&T Wireless retail program into a wholesale program under Credit Union Wireless, LLC. This subsidiary of Maps Service Agency has continued to grow, today serving the wireless needs of members from twenty partner credit unions.
In 2007, Deckelmann took on his current role as a member of the executive team.
Deckelmann is well known in the Salem and Silverton business communities. His many affiliations include the Salem Realtor Association (Deckelmann was the recipient of the 2003 Salem Realtor Association's Affiliate of the Year Award), SEDCOR, Habitat for Humanity, the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, the Silverton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Silverton YMCA Board and the Portland Multifamily Housing Association. Deckelmann is also very active in Salem's largest Rotary club, The Rotary Club of Salem, where he served on the board from 2004–2008.
Deckelmann grew up in the Salem area, graduating from the University of Oregon where he holds bachelor's degrees in business administration and psychology. Deckelmann held a State of Oregon Private Investigator's license from 2004–2009.

Chris Federici joined the Maps team in 2002 and has held numerous sales and marketing positions throughout his tenure with the credit union. Federici first came to Maps as the Marketing Research Analyst before transitioning into the role of Deposit Product Manager. During his time with the marketing department Federici was focused on advancing marketing and product development strategies while ensuring a consistently superior member experience. In 2005 Federici assumed the role of general manager for Maps Insurance Services, a wholly-owned independent insurance agency providing personal and commercial risk management solutions to Maps members and the Salem community. In addition, Federici provides strategic vision and support as the program manager for Maps Investment Services, the financial planning and wealth management arm of the credit union. Federici moved into his current role as vice president of financial programs in 2014. He is responsible for the portfolio evaluation and performance, compliance and quality control, and strategies for product growth and retention for both Maps Insurance Services and Maps Investment Services.
Federici came to Maps after starting his insurance career at Marsh & McLennan, where he provided commercial risk management solutions to companies across the globe. Contributing in the large commercial department, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term client/insurer/broker relationships while also serving on the internal audit committee.
Federici holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Redlands and an MBA from Marylhurst University. Federici is a current participant of the Salem Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Salem program.

Traci Kendall currently serves as vice president of branch operations for Maps Credit Union. In this position, Kendall offers leadership and support to the branch staff as they provide a comprehensive member experience.
Kendall joined Maps in 2006 as a branch manager at the South Salem Branch and was later promoted to director of branch operations. She assumed her current position in early 2010. Previously, she worked at First Interstate/Wells Fargo Bank for 15 years.
A Salem native, Kendall is active in the community. She is on the board of directors for the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation, co-chairing the Crystal Apple Awards and numerous volunteer activities. In addition, Kendall has worked with the South Salem High School DECA chapter for the past three years and was a judge at the 2010 Oregon State DECA Conference. She is a current participant of the Salem Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Salem program.

Shane Saunders joined Maps in 2014, overseeing marketing, business and community development, governmental relations, human resources and training. As part of the executive team, he is also heavily involved in strategic planning at the credit union.
Saunders has held positions of increasing authority in financial institutions and for-profit corporations in his 20-year career. He has held management and marketing positions at SunTrust Bank, Lynch Systems, FSU Credit Union and Financial Partners Credit Union. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing and sales at Pacific Oaks Federal Credit Union.
Saunders earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and multinational business operations and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Florida State University. Before attending college, he spent four years in the U.S. Navy. He and his wife relocated to Salem to take this position.
Vice President of Consumer Lending and General Manager, Lending Services, Maps Service Agency, Inc.

Toni Silbernagel joined the Maps staff in 1991 and has held key lending positions throughout her tenure with the credit union. Silbernagel was the Director of Dealer Services for four years before being named head of consumer lending in 1998. Silbernagel is responsible for the consumer loan portfolio, lending-related insurance lines, fleet services, and all indirect/dealer relations activity. Silbernagel moved into her current role as vice president of consumer lending in 2008. She is responsible for portfolio evaluation and performance, compliance and quality control, and strategies for product growth and retention. She oversees staff in the lending center, member call center and the cards department.
Silbernagel came to Maps from Williamsburg Bank, where she had been involved in a variety of operational activities. As a tactical team member with Williamsburg, she assisted branch operations for 19 branches within the Central Willamette Valley region.
She has been a member and President of the Salem Credit Association, and is an active participant in Salem Automobile Dealers Association program events. Silbernagel is a graduate of the 2004-06 Chamber of Commerce Leadership Salem program, and through the Chamber, she has served on the grant selection committee for the United Way for several years. She was also a participant in CUNA's Consumer Lending Executive Development School in 1999.
Patricia A. Walker

Patricia Walker joined Maps Credit Union in 1997 as a branch manager, using her extensive experience in lending to earn increased responsibility. In her role as vice president, Walker is directly responsible for the management and ongoing daily operation of the credit union's business lending, real estate lending, home equity lending, loss prevention and relevant subsidiary company activity in alignment with the credit union's business strategies and culture.
Walker was part of the team that created Maps Credit Union's business services program, offering business lending, deposit products and associated activities. The team members realized that these enhanced offerings for owners of small and large businesses would be a major addition to the credit union's range of services, and worked through different channels at all levels to ensure that member and staff needs were served. Maps was the first state-chartered credit union to have a business loan policy approved by the state regulators.
Walker is active in the Salem business community, as a past board member for the Private, Public and Community Enterprise (PaCE) Program in the Willamette University Atkinson Graduate School of Management and as a past board member of the Capitol Chapter of Credit Unions.
Before joining Maps, Walker worked at Chetco Credit Union in Harbor, Oregon, in various capacities from the front line all the way to the executive level. Walker has studied credit union and lending issues extensively and has completed the Credit Union Management Program.

Joe Phillippay has been a Maps director since 1995 and board chair since 2004. Prior to his retirement in 2001, he served as vice-president/account executive for Acordia/Wells Fargo. For 11 years previously, he was senior vice-president for Sedgwick, Inc., a multi-national insurance brokerage firm. He founded and operated an independent insurance agency in Salem, Phillippay & Co., 1970–1988.
Phillippay received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon. He held a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as a variety of insurance licenses. He was active in his profession, having held positions in insurance organizations and INC Magazine's national insurance panel. His community activities include the Chemeketa Community College budget committee, Chamber of Commerce, board positions with the Assistance League of Salem, Illahe Hills Country Club, Salem Family YMCA and youth groups. He and his wife Kris, a retired teacher, joined MaPS in 1978.

Gordon Sawser has been a member of Maps Credit Union for over 30 years, along with his wife Judy. He has served on the Board of Directors for the past 15 years. Sawser has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with an economics minor.
During his career, Sawser has served as controller and CFO for three companies, most recently as CFO for Ross Brothers & Co., which builds bridges in Oregon and Washington. He is experienced in risk management, auditing, personnel supervision, data processing, asset control, banking relationships, profit sharing, 401(k) plans, financial accounting, investment programs, cash flow management, and budget preparation.
For the past 15 years, Sawser has served Maps members on the board's Nominating Committee, CEO Compensation Review Committee, Benefits Committee, Asset Liability Committee, Credit Union Wireless Board of Managers, and the Strategic Action Group. He's an active civic volunteer currently serving on the Chemeketa Community College budget committee and on the Eagle Board of Review for the Boy Scouts of America.

Jeff Antrican is vice president of system sales for Supra, a global business within UTC, Fire and Security, Inc.
Initially hired to build lockboxes on the assembly line in 1986, Jeff has held various customer-facing roles throughout the organization. During his 20-year career, Jeff and his sales team have worked with approximately 500 North American real estate associations and multiple listing services to implement electronic key box systems and thus contributed to growing the customer base from 35,000 agents to more than 900,000 today. As a result, the Supra Wireless Information Network and RISCO electronic key boxes now open doors on 90% of all homes shown in North America.
Over the years, Jeff has volunteered though his church, Salem Alliance, providing counseling and sessions on managing personal finances.
Jeff is a Salem, Oregon, native who graduated summa cum laude from Concordia College with a Bachelor of Science in management and communications. In his free time, Jeff spends time with his family skiing, camping, or enjoying the coast.

Judy Beebe, an Independence resident since 2005 and MaPS member since 2000, has an extensive financial management background, including vice president of finance at Kaiser Permanente Federal Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif., and chief financial officer at ORCO State Employees Federal Credit Union, Orange, Calif. Beebe has been a part-time adjunct professor at Chemeketa Community College since 2000 and full-time at Western Oregon University since 2001, primarily teaching accounting courses. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Beebe also owns and manages Omni, LLC, providing accounting and management consulting services to charter schools, construction companies and other start-up organizations.
Beebe's accomplishments include positive turnaround of finance and administrative support for organizations. Her successful asset liability management includes forecasting financial impact of products and pricing, profitability analysis, strategic planning and investment management, with a result of 95%–99% budget accuracy, maintaining a Return on Assets of 1.6% in an industry averaging 1.2%; capital ratio of 11.6% in an industry averaging 9.8%; and an increase of return on investments from 3% to 7%.
Her key strengths include preparation and presentation of financial statements, budget preparation, cash flow management, data processing operations, audit, leadership, staff supervision and training, effective communications, multitasking and time management.
Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with focuses on mathematics and business, from the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, and a Master of Business Administration, accounting and finance, from Portland State University.

Phil Frey attended grades 1–12 in the Salem-Keizer school system before moving on to Oregon State University. After graduating from OSU, Phil served in the U.S. Army from 1969–1971 before joining the family business.
Phil’s community service/involvement includes a 60-year membership at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, choir member, two terms on the Pastoral Council, Salem Optimist Club (Over 30 Years), 12 years Keizer Youth Wrestling as Head Coach & Board of Directors, 10 years Keizer Little League, and 15 years on the Willamette ESD Board of Directors, with two terms as Chair.
Phil served on the boards of the Maps Service Agency and Maps Insurance before being appointed to fill a vacant seat on the credit union board in 2012. He was elected by the membership at the 2012 annual meeting.

Tom Marks and his wife Lynne became members of Maps Credit Union in 2002; that same year he was appointed to serve on the board of Maps Service Agency.
Marks is a broker with Prudential Real Estate Professionals. Previously, he was a business advisor at Chemeketa Community College's Small Business Development Center. Marks is also the founder and former owner of Allied Video Productions, a Salem-based video production company. Marks is a well-known Salem area public servant. He has given his time in support of organizations such as the Salem/Keizer School District, Salem Executives Association, Rotary International, OSU Extension Service, Mid-Willamette Employers Council, and others. Marks also has been involved in the national broadcasting community through the Media Communications Association–International, serving as Portland Chapter president, regional vice president, and national treasurer.

Brant Wolf is currently executive vice president of the Oregon Telecommunications Association.
His background includes employment with the Oregon Bankers Association and the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association.
Wolf holds a Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives and has been an active member and volunteer with the Oregon Society of Association Executives.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Oregon State University and a master of business administration from George Fox University. He has been a Maps member for nearly 15 years. Before joining the board, Wolf served on the Maps Supervisory Committee.
