Mark Zook has been with Maps Credit Union since 1992 and is currently its president and CEO. In addition, Zook serves as CEO of Maps Service Agency and sits on the board of managers of both the Willamette Business Group and Ongoing Operations, two of Maps Credit Union's partially owned subsidiary companies.

An active participant in the credit union movement, Zook has served on the board of directors of the Credit Union Association of Oregon (CUAO). He has been particularly active in the legislative arena, serving on the CUAO Candidate Taskforce, Bill Review Taskforce, State Legislative Review Subcommittee and Government Affairs Committee.

Zook has a diverse educational background, with an MBA from Southern Oregon University, a master's in educational leadership from the University of Oregon, and a bachelor's in business administration from Western Oregon University. He also completed the BAI/Emory University Graduate School of Executive Bank Management in Atlanta, Georgia.

Previously, Zook was an instructor of political science at the Mount Angel Seminary and an instructor for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce's Education Leadership Institute through Portland State University. Over the years, he has been an active volunteer in the Salem community, completing the Leadership Salem program and working in a variety of capacities with organizations like the Salem/Keizer School District, the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, Western Oregon University, the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation, the Willamette Education Service District, and other civic organizations.

Chris Giles joined the Maps organization in 2004 as a consultant, before being hired full time in 2005.  Initially serving as General Manager in the Maps subsidiary company CU Wireless (CUW), Giles was named CEO of CUW in 2015.  In 2017, he was chosen to head up the newly created Strategic Payments function at Maps.  In addition to Payments, Giles also works closely with Maps’ technology groups to lead a cross-functional team tasked with creating best-in-class digital tools for our membership.  

Chris speaks at credit union industry events across the U.S. including annual meetings of the California, Nevada, Oregon, and Connecticut Credit Union Leagues, National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO), the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC), and AXFI.  He has spoken on a variety of topics including: emerging payments trends, data analytics, product innovation and Customer Experience Management.

Chris Federici joined the Maps team in 2002 and has held numerous sales and marketing positions throughout his tenure with the credit union. Federici first came to Maps as the Marketing Research Analyst before transitioning into the role of Deposit Product Manager. During his time with the marketing department Federici was focused on advancing marketing and product development strategies while ensuring a consistently superior member experience. In 2005 Federici assumed the role of general manager for Maps Insurance Services, a wholly-owned independent insurance agency providing personal and commercial risk management solutions to Maps members and the Salem community. In addition, Federici provides strategic vision and support as the program manager for Maps Investment Services, the financial planning and wealth management arm of the credit union. Federici moved into his current role as vice president of financial programs in 2014. He is responsible for the portfolio evaluation and performance, compliance and quality control, and strategies for product growth and retention for both Maps Insurance Services and Maps Investment Services.

Federici came to Maps after starting his insurance career at Marsh & McLennan, where he provided commercial risk management solutions to companies across the globe. Contributing in the large commercial department, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term client/insurer/broker relationships while also serving on the internal audit committee.

Federici holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Redlands and an MBA from Marylhurst University. Federici is a current participant of the Salem Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Salem program.

Traci Kendall currently serves as vice president of branch operations for Maps Credit Union. In this position, Kendall offers leadership and support to the branch staff as they provide a comprehensive member experience.

Kendall joined Maps in 2006 as a branch manager at the South Salem Branch and was later promoted to director of branch operations. She assumed her current position in early 2010. Previously, she worked at First Interstate/Wells Fargo Bank for 15 years.

A Salem native, Kendall is active in the community. She is on the board of directors for the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation, co-chairing the Crystal Apple Awards and numerous volunteer activities. In addition, Kendall has worked with the South Salem High School DECA chapter for the past three years and was a judge at the 2010 Oregon State DECA Conference. She is a current participant of the Salem Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Salem program. 

Kendall holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Oregon University.

CJ Daiker joined Maps in 2003 in the network administrator role and has been responsible for several projects pertaining to network security, network redundancy, information storage, information delivery, and cost control. He came to us from Consolidated Freightways, a LTL freight carrier. There he supported the network and end users at the corporate headquarters and throughout the company's distribution network across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. He was an integral part of implementing a network to support the transition from "green screen" terminal emulation to a thin client Microsoft Windows Based Environment.

Daiker has also led the implementation of several network infrastructure improvements. In late 2004, he completed network upgrades, configuration changes and multiple capacity and stability tests to prepare the credit union for a VoIP telephone system. In 2006, he successfully implemented and moved into production a high-capacity storage network initially capable of 5.0 Terabytes of online storage. More recently, he researched and implemented a secure messaging system that will help protect confidential communication with our members, vendors and employees. Currently, he is engaged in a project that will move segments of the credit union's infrastructure onto a virtualization platform.

An Oregon native, Daiker graduated from Oregon City High School before attending Western Oregon University. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. He has been a member of the Information Systems Security Association since 2007.

David Deckelmann joined Maps Service Agency in 1998 as the Manager of Advanced Reporting. He was hired to run Advanced as it transitioned into a full reporting company, expanding its product lines into employment and tenant screening. Deckelmann's experience in sales and marketing while at Oregon Research & Development provided an excellent background for Advanced Reporting as it implemented its expanded business plan.

In 2000, Deckelmann was asked to assume the general management of Maps Wireless Services in addition to his work with Advanced Reporting. In 2002, he shifted Maps Wireless Services from an AT&T Wireless retail program into a wholesale program under Credit Union Wireless, LLC. This subsidiary of Maps Service Agency has continued to grow, today serving the wireless needs of members from twenty partner credit unions.

In 2007, Deckelmann took on his current role as a member of the executive team.

Deckelmann is well known in the Salem and Silverton business communities. His many affiliations include the Salem Realtor Association (Deckelmann was the recipient of the 2003 Salem Realtor Association's Affiliate of the Year Award), SEDCOR, Habitat for Humanity, the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, the Silverton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Silverton YMCA Board and the Portland Multifamily Housing Association. Deckelmann is also very active in Salem's largest Rotary club, The Rotary Club of Salem, where he served on the board from 2004–2008.

Deckelmann grew up in the Salem area, graduating from the University of Oregon where he holds bachelor's degrees in business administration and psychology. Deckelmann held a State of Oregon Private Investigator's license from 2004–2009.

Rachel Pross joined Maps Credit Union in 2016 and provides strategic leadership for the Operations division of the organization.  Pross also serves as one of the founding board members of Evergreen Armored Transport, one of the Credit Union’s operational subsidiaries.  Governmental affairs is an important part of Rachel’s role at Maps, and she regularly visits with legislators and regulators both in Salem and in Washington, D.C.  She testified to Congress twice in 2019 in favor of the SAFE Banking Act, and she is a frequent guest speaker at events across the nation on topics ranging from regulatory compliance to leadership.  She has contributed to HuffPost Money, The Hill, and many industry publications.  
 
Before relocating to Oregon in 2012, Pross began her credit union career as Accountant and then President and CEO of a small credit union in Tucson, Arizona.  A Credit Union Times Woman to Watch Honoree in 2014, Pross was awarded the NWCUA’s Young Credit Union Professional of the Year in 2015 for her dedication to preserving and promoting the credit union difference.
 
Pross holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business.  She also studied violin performance at The Ohio State University and is a member of the Corvallis-OSU Symphony Orchestra.  Rachel is a High Honors graduate from Western CUNA Management School, a three-year credit union executive management program, and she has earned expert certifications in regulatory compliance, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering, enterprise risk management, and vendor management.  An avid hiker and backpacker, Pross can be found most weekends exploring the best of Oregon’s scenery with her husband.

Scott Sadler joined the Maps organization in 2014 as an executive coach and leadership consultant, before being hired full time in 2020 for the newly formed role Chief People Officer. 

Scott is focused on coaching, conflict resolution and strategic thinking around todays workforce and beyond, while deepening leadership communication and encouraging mindful interaction at every level of the organization. Furthermore, he is the leader of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee and serves on various other taskforces at Maps.

Scott has been an active volunteer in the Salem area for 35 years. He is a hospice volunteer, Board Chair for the Inspire Foundation, Past Board Chair for Liberty House, a child abuse assessment center, leader of the Leadership Youth Program, and a past volunteer for the Boy’s and Girl’s Club as an outdoor guide and basketball coach.

Before coming to Maps, Scott had been self-employed since 1989. He holds two coaching certifications, one in life coaching and the other in executive coaching and is a certified mindfulness facilitator for the workplace. He has coached and trained hundreds of leaders across the country in a variety of industries.

Toni Silbernagel joined the Maps staff in 1991 and has held key positions throughout her tenure with the credit union. Silbernagel began as the Director of Dealer Services for four years before being named head of consumer lending in 1998. Since then, Toni has held the positions of SVP of Lending, Chief Lending Officer, and currently, Chief Revenue Officer. 

As Chief Revenue Offer, Silbernagel is responsible for portfolio evaluation and performance, compliance and quality control, and product growth and retention strategies. She oversees wealth management, commercial and personal Insurance lines, commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending for the credit union and serves on the Board of Managers as the Secretary of Maps Insurance Services. 

Silbernagel is a graduate of the Salem Chamber of Commerce Leadership program and CUNA's Consumer Lending Executive Development School and has earned designations for Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CUBLP) and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). Throughout her career, she has participated as a member and a President of the Salem Credit Association, is active in the Salem Automobile Dealers Association program, and served on grant selection committees through the Salem Chamber.

Brant Wolf is the Executive Vice President of the Oregon Telecommunications Association, a statewide organization representing broadband and telecommunications service providers. Brant is also the CEO of Western Independent Networks.

His background includes serving on the staff of a United States Congressman as well as employment with the Oregon Bankers Association and the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association. Brant is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Brant earned a Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives and has been an active member and volunteer with the Oregon Society of Association Managers. He served many years on the Monmouth Public Library Board of Trustees including serving as Board Chair.

He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Oregon State University and a master of business administration from George Fox University. He has been a Maps member for nearly 20 years. Before joining the board, Wolf was on the Maps Supervisory Committee and served as Chair.

Travis has been in the food ingredient distribution business for 14 years.

Travis works for Batory Foods, an $850 million-dollar (annual) business, based out of Chicago.

His current position is Director-Corporate Procurement/Portfolio Management and leads a team of 18 people.

He has served as a Board member for MSA, Maps Service Agency, Board member for Advanced Reporting, and is a former Maps employee.

Travis and his wife Jamie Young have a daughter Olivia, son Hudson, and cats, Franklin and Midge. He is a volunteer soccer coach, avid runner, cyclist, and camper.

Prior to consulting, Jeff Antrican was with Supra, a real estate and automotive lock business. Initially hired to build lockboxes on the assembly line in 1986, Jeff held various customer-facing roles throughout the organization.

During his 30-year career, Jeff and his sales team worked with approximately 500 North American real estate associations and multiple listing services to implement electronic key box systems and thus contributed to growing the customer base from 35,000 agents to more than 1,000,000 today. As a result, the Supra Wireless Information Network now opens doors on the majority of all homes shown in North America. 

Jeff is a Salem, Oregon, native who graduated from Corban University with a Master’s in Business Administration. In his free time, Jeff enjoys pickleball and softball.

Judy Beebe, a Polk County resident since 2005 and Maps member since 2000, has an extensive financial management background, including Vice President of Finance at Kaiser Permanente Federal Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif. and Chief Financial Officer at ORCO State Employ­ees Federal Credit Union, Orange, CA. 

Judy currently works as the Finance Manager at Polk Community Development Corporation, after retiring from Western Oregon University. Additionally, Judy owns her own consult­ing firm providing expertise to non-profit organizations and construction companies. 

Judy’s accomplishments include positive turnaround of finance and administrative support for organizations. Her successful asset liability management includes fore­casting financial impact of products and pricing, profitability analysis, strategic planning and investment management. 

Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with focuses on mathematics and business, from the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, and a Master of Business Administration, accounting and finance, from Portland State University.

Marks is semi-retired and keeps busy volunteering for local non-profit organizations. He was a real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals for over 17 years. Marks was the founder and former owner of Allied Video Productions, a Salem based video production company. Over the past 40+ years, he has supported multiple organizations in the Willamette Valley with his time and resources.

Marks also serves on the Maps Service Agency board and the Maps Community Foundation board.

Tom and his wife Lynne, have two daughters and five grandchildren that reside in the Salem area.

Kathy Moore is the Director of Project Development at Willamette Workforce Partnership. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in business, education, leadership, and workforce development

Kathy also serves on the Maps Community Foundation board, Maps Governance Committee, and Maps Insurance Services Committee.   
 
Some of Kathy’s community & statewide involvement have included Salem Keizer School District Counseling & Advisory Committee, Salem Keizer Education Foundation’s Development Committee, Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher Initiative representing Oregon, Crystal Apple Committee, WACE (Western Association of Chamber Executives), WACE Academy, Business mentor for Corban University’s CCP program, Mentor to multiple local Middle & High school students annually,  Girl Scouts, Career Technical Education, Family Building Blocks classroom volunteer, AVID and more. 
 
She and her husband Gary, cherish time with family, and friends, spending time outdoors, camping, crabbing, traveling, gardening, and helping others.

Joe Phillippay has been a Maps director since 1995 and board chair since 2004. Prior to his retirement in 2001, he served as vice-president/account executive for Acordia/Wells Fargo. For 11 years previously, he was senior vice-president for Sedgwick, Inc., a multi-national insurance brokerage firm. He founded and operated an independent insurance agency in Salem, Phillippay & Co., 1970–1988.

Phillippay received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon. He held a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as a variety of insurance licenses. He was active in his profession, having held positions in insurance organizations and INC Magazine's national insurance panel. His community activities include the Chemeketa Community College budget committee, Chamber of Commerce, board positions with the Assistance League of Salem, Illahe Hills Country Club, Salem Family YMCA and youth groups. He and his wife Kris, a retired teacher, joined MaPS in 1978.
